Mission Statement
Eliot Baptist Women’s Ministry strives to encourage women of the church to be all that God has called them to be, and to use the unique gifts He has given each one. We will equip women with effective tools to study God’s Word so as to live out the truths of the Bible and build up the Body of Christ. We will extend our outreach to women in the community through friendships and special events.
Women's Opportunities
Mom to Mom
The second half of our Mom to Mom program will be resuming again on Tuesday, February 14th. These next sessions will focus on marriage. Although our nursery is to capacity, if you, Mom, would like to join us for these six sessions, please contact Julie White, Coordinator., . We meet every other Tuesday mornings from 9-10:30. Cost $5.00.
Daniel study by Beth Moore
This is a 12-session personal interactive study beginning Thursday night, February 9th from 6:45- 9:00 pm. This study requires a long-term commitment with personal application work five days a week. Loving God with All Your Mind by Elizabeth George
Elizabeth George will focus on six key scripture verses and will help you understand how to handle your emotions by focusing on what is true about God and about life, grasp His purpose for life and move toward it and trust Him in all things and find inner peace in every circumstance.

Single Women’s Bible study & Casual Fare
Looking for a chance to connect with other ‘never-been-married’ single women? Come join us as we encourage one another in seeking God’s will for our lives. We meet. We eat. We study God’s Word. All in a casual atmosphere. We gather at Marla or Chris’ house the 2nd Saturday evening of each month. But be sure to check with us before hand to be sure we didn’t have to reschedule.

Moms In Prayer (formerly Moms in Touch – same vision, new name!)
Are you concerned about your kids? Would you like to join with other moms or grandmoms as we lift up our cares and concerns for our children and schools to our loving Heavenly Father? Experience the joy of replacing anxiety with peace and hope when you pray with other moms. Eliot Baptist has several groups available for moms and grandmoms of children of all ages.

Scrapbooking
Meets monthly to put together pictorial reminders of God’s faithfulness and to create family heirlooms through scrapbooks.
Meets every third Saturday of each month at 4pm.

Knitting Sisters
A ministry to those who need encouragement. Join caring women who make comfort shawls, and knitted clothing to share with those in need. Meets every Sunday night at 4:30pm, and then again at 6:30pm.
